Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process begins with our engineering department utilizing AutoCAD, which then will send electronic drawings to the computer-controlled punch. Each finished piece is cut with a tolerance of 1/32".

Perfect~Curve Products are cut from coiled sheets of galvanized steel. After cutting, the parts are assembled by placing structural rivets 8” O.C. attaching the leg to the web. When heavy loads become a factor, extra rivets are added for optimal strength.

Perfect~Curve and Arch Products come in any length up to 12 feet and in almost any radius. A variety of metal thicknesses are available from 30 mil (20 gauge) to 118 mil (10 gauge) track.

Every piece is custom-labeled with its inside radius, length, and specifications. Additional labels can be added to show floor number and the location it belongs. This will eliminate any questions or concerns of where a certain piece may fit because similar radii may be hard to distinguish from one another. Quick and easy install once the product has arrived to jobsite.

Perfect~Curve and Arch Products are constructed without any built-in stresses, making it consistent, stable and easier to install. Top and bottom track match exact. Walls, arches, curved soffits and domes made from manufactured curved track are much sturdier and more secure than walls made from spliced track on-site.
